Located in the Meon Valley, Wallops Wood Cottages are six luxurious ground floor, multi-award winning, accessible, family and pet friendly self-catering cottages (sleeping 4-8 people, 42 in total) with spectacular views across the South Downs National Park. The well-equipped cottages have underfloor heating, wood burners, hot tubs, individual gardens that are safe for both children and pets and ensuite bathrooms. Cotswolds Distillery

When we opened in 2014 we knew we wanted to create a destination distillery that would celebrate the stunning surroundings here and show people exactly how the spirits they enjoy are made; an experience that would be illuminating and enjoyable. We had no idea that it would grow to be as popular as it is though, we now welcome three full guided tours a day, seven days a week, and our visitors are able to see the distilling in action as well as sample the whole range of small-batch products we make here. The Baths were re-discovered in the 1880s and opened to visitors in 1897. The Temple Precinct was excavated beneath the Pump Room in 1981-83 and added to the visit.

In recent years we have focused on making the site more accessible physically and intellectually, to help people with a range of disabilities and those from overseas, which has given the added benefit of making a more engaging and enjoyable visit for everyone.


Mylor Sailing & Powerboat School
Falmouth, Cornwall  

Mylor Sailing and Powerboat School is a training centre for absolute beginners to salty seadogs. We are based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Fal Estuary, on the south coast of Cornwall. Sailing and powerboating in the fantastically beautiful, Cornish waters is an indulgent experience. We are an accessible facility with a wheelchair friendly powerboat, adapted keelboats and a classroom with hearing loop and ramped access. Cottage in the Dales is a self-catering business with a dream to deliver our luxury ‘Distinctly Dales experience’ by bridging the gap between disabled and able-bodied, maintaining the luxury experience, regardless of age or physical ability. Many disabled properties, being clinical, don't appeal to able-bodied guests. Conversely, many are unsuitable for disabled guests. We wanted to change that, to offer the red carpet, rather than a red emergency cord. ’Accessible Luxury’, our premium hospitality experience, priced, accessible & enjoyed by all. The Dairy is as individual as each guest, the first Yorkshire Dales accommodation providing VisitEngland NAS support for guests with mobility, hearing and visual requirements. British Airways i360
Brighton, East Sussex  

British Airways i360 is an observation attraction on Brighton seafront which was conceived and designed by Marks Barfield Architects, creators of the London Eye. Visitors board a giant glass pod and glide up to 450ft for panoramic views across Brighton, the South Downs and the beautiful Sussex coastline.

The attraction stands on the site of the old West Pier and two reconstructed toll booths now house the ticket office and tea room.

British Airways sponsors the attraction and staff wear BA uniforms, tickets are ‘boarding passes’ and the experience is called a ‘flight’.

This bold landmark has boosted the local economy, created job and, thanks to a funding partnership with the city council, is supporting the regeneration of Brighton seafront.

The English Lake District China Forum was formed in 2015 when Windermere Lake Cruises and English Lake Hotels Resorts & Venues initially met to see how they could work together to enhance the exposure of the Lake District to Chinese visitors. These discussions formed the basis of a creating a pro-active marketing consortium of 10 businesses.

The other 8 partners that formed the Forum are World of Beatrix Potter, National Trust, The Forestry Commission, Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway, Dove Cottage and the Wordsworth Museum, Lakeland Arts, Lake District National Park Authority.

The promotional events in London, China and the Lake District and a targeted social media content strategy have increased our profile to the travel trade and media and Chinese travellers.

National Memorial Arboretum
Lichfield, Staffordshire

The National Memorial Arboretum is the UK’s year-round centre of Remembrance and home to over 350 memorials, including the nationally-important Armed Forces Memorial which was dedicated in the presence of Her Majesty The Queen in 2007.

A growing, living tribute, the 150-acre site features around 30,000 trees along with an abundance of wildlife. Throughout the year the Arboretum hosts around 250 events including Remembrance services, memorial dedications, seasonal fairs, Christmas activities, outdoor cinema and a summer proms. There is also a strong programme of family activities, guided walks and tours, and relevant exhibitions for visitors to enjoy.

In March 2017 His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge opened a new Remembrance Centre with contemporary new visitor facilities.

Moors Valley Country Park and Forest

Moors Valley is a 1000 acre Forest and Country Park, managed by the Forestry Commission and East Dorset District Council.

Managed sustainably, we offer an iconic 2km forest play trail, 30 km of predominantly accessible cycle and walking trails, a tree-top trail, a narrow gauge steam railway, a beautiful 18th century visitor centre with an info point, shop and restaurant as well as a golf course, Go-Ape and cycle hire.

We welcome nearly 1 million visitors a year including locals, who enjoy regular events such as parkrun and health walks, as well as many holiday visitors who enjoy a fun, good value day out in an ideal location close to both the beautiful New Forest and the wonderful Dorset coastline.

Stasher is the world’s first sharing economy for luggage storage. Our platform connects travellers, day-trippers and city-dwellers with local businesses who can store their bags- freeing them to enjoy their day. We focused on simplicity, security and scalability, to create an innovative service accessible to everyone. It costs a flat fee £6 for 24 hours (including insurance). Unlike station lockers, our locations are spread across city centres, have long opening hours (many 24/7) and have no queues (as well as being half the price). We have 150 StashPoints across England and are growing quickly across Europe. We are incredibly proud that our platform drives revenue to these 150 UK businesses (many independent shops and hotels) and this number is constantly growing.

Sheepyard Barn at The Suffolk Escape

The Sheepyard Barn – a unique, luxury self catering barn 1 mile from the road into rural farm land – provides groups of family and friends an idyllic setting for social gatherings that create memories which last forever.

Sleeping up to 12, the barn offers a large, open plan living space with floor to ceiling sliding glass walls to give stunning views of the rolling countryside. It provides modern features such as home cinema system, a 4-cabin adult bunk room and an indoor swimming pool.

Outside, guests can indulge in the hot tub, an outdoor lounge or make their own pizzas in the wood fired pizza oven. For the children – or playful adults – there is a sunken trampoline and separate games room.


The Milkshed
Honiton, Devon  


The Milkshed is situated in the beautiful Blackdown Hills AONB area of East Devon, three miles outside the market town of Honiton, and just 20 minutes from the Jurassic Coast. It was originally a stone milking shed which was converted into a two-bedroom luxury holiday let, in 2013/4.

Guests have their own private garden but are also welcome to stroll around the four acre meadow with boating lake and grass tennis court.

Special features include an onsite Michelin-trained chef, wood-fired hot tub, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating throughout and a freestanding claw bath in the master bedroom. The property is extremely eco-friendly with hot water and heating being provided by a biomass log-burning boiler.


The Treehouse Hotel at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve

The Treehouse Hotel at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, offer guests higher levels of luxury in a unique setting, with a 30 mile vista, incorporating black rhino, cheetah and hundreds of other rare and endangered animals that call the 600 acre reserve home.

Comprising of 10 glass fronted, self-catering suites, set in the tree line above the reserve, the accommodation is perfectly designed for four, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan sitting room and fully equipped kitchen, leading out onto a furnished private balcony.

Each treehouse has its own golf buggy, so guests can enjoy access to exclusive areas of the reserve. All profits from the Treehouses go towards the Reserve’s conservation work with The Aspinall Foundation.

the Charterhouse

The Charterhouse has been living the Nation’s history since 1348. Originally London’s largest Black Death burial ground, in 1371 the site became home to a community of hermit monks. The monks became proto-martyrs of the Reformation after they refused to accept Henry VIII as head of the Church. The buildings were demolished or repurposed to create a Tudor mansion where Elizabeth I spent the first days of her reign. In 1611 it was acquired by one Thomas Sutton, England’s wealthiest commoner. There he established his charity, providing a home to elderly men who had served their country and a school for poor scholars. Now with a museum and events venues, the Charterhouse welcomes visitors daily.


Hall Hill Farm

Hall Hill Farm, is an award winning Farm Attraction which first opened in 1981, to allow visitors to witness the arrival of new born lambs at Easter. The farm offers outstanding customer service as well as providing education about farming to over 10,000 school children each year.

There is a daily programme of events with bottle feeding, donkey rides, Barrel train, tractor and trailer rides as well as puppet shows, crazy golf and the fantastic new Outdoor play area, just completed in time for Easter 2018. There is an exciting indoor soft play area, now with extra seating for the grown–ups to relax over a coffee. The farm also has a tearoom with home made cakes and scones.

York VIC is good at people! Everything we do has the customer in mind and each day we meet students, middle aged couples, elderly singles, families with toddlers, dogs and stroppy teens as well as lots of overseas, non-English speaking visitors wanting to ‘do’ York in a day!

Between them, our staff speak nine languages and are supported by 30 dedicated volunteers. The visitors’ shop is kitted out with everything they need – advice on where to go, shop and eat as well as souvenirs, maps and ponchos for those damp days.

We handle accommodation bookings, currency exchange as well as photocopying, printing and scanning; and our pre-purchased York Pass provides access to over 30 attractions and saves people pounds.
